Missouri:
Anyone 16 years of age or older will need a Missouri hunting license and a migratory bird card and federal duck stamp.
Arkansas:
Anyone 16 years of age or older will need an Arkansas hunting license and a state and federal duck stamp. An Arkansas out of state license and duck stamp may be purchased by calling 1-800-364-GAME.
